Who is responsible

LP10 Trade Services is responsible for the information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@sp88.co.uk or through the privacy request form.

Information we collect

Quote requests may include your name, telephone number, optional email address, job postcode, preferred contact method and the job details you provide. Trader accounts and profiles contain the business and contact information needed to publish and maintain a provider profile.

LP10 also stores aggregate page-view, quote-page and lead-source counts. These internal counts do not use analytics cookies and are not designed to identify an individual visitor.

Why we use it

We use quote information to respond to your request, route it to the relevant independent provider, prevent misuse and keep a record of the enquiry. We generally rely on taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in operating the service, and your clear agreement before sharing an enquiry with a suitable provider.

Who receives it

Every quote request is sent to the LP10 owner and may also be sent to the provider responsible for the selected service. Providers use it to assess and respond to the job. LP10 does not sell customer information.

How long we keep it

LP10 reviews quote information against a target of 24 months and privacy-request records against a target of 24 months. Information may be kept longer where needed for an active job, safety, legal claims, accounting or another lawful reason, and should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, and you may have rights to restrict or object to some uses. LP10 may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Affiliate shop and external websites

The LP10 shop may link to external retailers using clearly disclosed affiliate links. If you follow one, the retailer receives the visit and applies its own privacy and cookie information. SP88 automotive services and provider websites are also separate websites with their own policies.
